Q. Can I specify a time of delivery or pick-up?
A. AM (8:00-12:00) AND PM (12:00-7:00) are the times you can request when you make your reservation, because of the busy schedule it is difficult to give specific times but we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Q. Can I make additions or subtractions to my order after I made a reservation?
A. Any changes to your order should be completed 2 days prior to your delivery date, (Cancellation charges may apply) last minute additions can be made only if there is room in the truck and will be determined by the delivery supervisor.

Q. Do I have to be home on delivery or pick-up?
A. Because responsibility of equipment is transferred to customer at time of delivery it is required for someone to make certain all equipment is counted and confirmed at that time. We are not responsible for equipment after our driver leaves.

Q. Will I be called before delivery & pick-up?
A. If you need to be called before delivery or pick-up you can make arrangements for this to happen at the time of reservation.

Q. Will you carry my tables & chairs Up or Down stairs?
A. No, for insurance reasons we cannot be responsible for any damage to you or your property and choose not to risk the safety of our employees.

Q. Will you take my tables and chairs into my backyard?
A. Generally we deliver tables & chairs to the back of the truck. Prior arrangements must be made and additional charges will be based on a per piece basis.

Q. Will you setup or take-down my tables & chairs?
A. Our service does not include set-up and knock down of tables and chairs. If this service is desired, arrangements must be made prior to delivery and/or pick-up, with a special charge quoted. If no arrangements are made and this service is desired on delivery, our drivers must call for authorization. If time permits, we shall try to accommodate customer, after quoting the price and after receipt of payment of said service. On pick-ups where no prior arrangements have been made, if tables and chairs are not knocked down and assembled in the same area they were delivered to, tables and chairs will be left until the next day, when a special crew can be scheduled. In that case, there will be an additional one days rental, plus knock down fee. Tables and chairs are not weatherproof and shall not be exposed to the elements or customer will be assessed additional fees.

Q. When do I have to pay the balance due on my delivery?
A. All payments are due one week prior to delivery to insure placement on the delivery schedule.

Q. Can I make a payment with my credit card over the phone?
A. Our policy is the credit card slip must be signed in person by the cardholder to be valid, people that say "But I Do It All The Time" don't realize the risk they are taking until it's to late.
