RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PAYMENT - Deposit PLUS All Rental fees are due in advance.

PRICING - All prices quoted are one-day rates unless otherwise specified. Special arrangements must be made if you desire to have equipment that is to have more than one-day use.

PRICES SUBJECTED TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE

Our Rental Period - our normal rental day is a 24-hour period. However, we will allow time for customer pick-up and return. The exact terms will be established at the time of rental and these terms will appear on the rental contract. Any equipment kept for longer than specified will be charged according to the following schedule.
1. Overdue rentals will be charged.
2. Long-term rental rates shall be established prior to the beginning of the rental period.

DEPOSITS - Deposits are required on all rental equipment. The amount of the deposit varies depending on the type of equipment being rented and the size of the order. The deposit will be refunded the customer upon return of the equipment in good order and properly cleaned. If the equipment is being picked up by our delivery service the deposit refund will be available after successful check in of all equipment.

A DEPOSIT MUST BE MADE BEFORE ANY EQUIPMENT CAN BE RESERVED.


DELIVERY and PICK-UP RATES

DELIVERY CHARGES
Local Delivery and Pick-up: Rate - $40.00

for orders less than $100.00.

Non-Local Delivery and Pick-up: Rate - Call for Quote

Same-Day Delivery: Rate - $75.00
Charge for any order that needs to be delivered and picked up on the same day that the customer places the order, or adds on to an existing order.

Same-Day Delivery and Pick-up: Rate - $75.00
Charge for any order that needs to be delivered and picked up on the same day.

Timed Delivery:Rate - $75.00
Guarantees delivery within a two-hour window, one hour before and after requested time.

Timed Pickup:Rate - $75.00
Guarantees pick-up within a two-hour window, one hour before and after requested time.

Takedown Labor:Rate 25% of rental - $100.00 minimum
Includes takedown of tables and chairs.

Quarter Hour Wait Time:Rate - $25.00 per quarter hour
30-minute grace period for customer to meet driver on location for delivery or pick-up following call after that Quarter Hour Wait Time Charge applies.

Stair, Elevator or Distance Handling Charge: Rate - $25 minimum
Base on amount of stairs and distance from back of truck. All deliveries are to the back of the truck ground level only.

Cancellation Charges: Rate - 50% to 100% of rental fees
All cancellations must be made at least 28 days prior to the schedule rental date in order for deposit to be refunded.
Cancellations made within 28 days of the scheduled rental date will result in forfeiture of deposit.
Reservations of equipment made less than 28 days before rental date are subject to a non-refundable deposit.

Equipment must be ready for pick-up and stored in a safe place when our driver arrives. Tables and chairs must be taken down, stacked and put in the same area they were delivered to. Dishes and glasses must be repacked in boxes. Tables, chairs and boxes are not weatherproof, please do not allow them to get wet.

ITEMS NOT MEETING THESE CONDITIONS ARE SUBJECT TO AN ADDITIONAL FEE.

Responsibility for equipment remains with the lessor from time of delivery to time of return. Please be sure equipment is secure when not in use.


PRODUCT INFORMATION

Damages / Cleaning Charges
Customer will be charged for breakage, damaged and missing items. Cleaning charges of up to 100% of the normal rental charge will be assessed on all items returned uncleaned. A charge will be made for all boxes not returned.

DINNERWARE, FLATWARE AND GLASSWARE
All table service must be returned clean and in their original cartons to avoid extra charges. Breakage (including chips) or shortages will be charged to the customer at replacement cost and the damaged merchandise becomes the property of the customer. Our count of items must be accepted.


TABLES and CHAIRS - Our service DOES NOT include set-up and knockdown of tables and chairs. Chairs and Tables will be delivered stacked. They must be stacked for pick-up.


LINEN and SKIRTING - Table linens must be dry and free of food wastes. Please return skirting to their original boxes. Charges will be made for any boxes that are not returned. We charge for damaged linens.


TENTS - Tents requiring delivery can be delivered at least one day prior to the event. To avoid Smoke Damage charges, NO COOKING UNDER TENTS & CANOPIES

Damage Waiver

Customer may pay the damage waiver charge (DWC) as specified, subject to the limitations and exclusions below. In that case, the terms of this Contract shall be modified to relieve Customer of liability for accidental damage to the Equipment, and for loss due to fire collision, windstorm, riot and burglary (provided there is evidence of forced entry).

Excluded from this waiver, however, is any loss or damage due to theft (other than burglary). Misuse or abuse, theft by conversion, burn or smoke damage to tents or canopies, intentional damage, disappearance or other loss due to failure to care for equipment as a prudent man would his own property. If any such loss tends to indicate a crime has been committed, a further condition of this waiver is that customer shall file a report to the proper law enforcement authorities and furnish lessor with a copy.

If customer has insurance covering any such loss or damage, customer shall exercise all rights available to customer under said insurance, take all action necessary to process said claim, and customer further agrees to assign said claim and pay any proceeds from such insurance to lessor. Customer shall furnish the name of customer's insurance agent, insurance company and complete information concerning insurance coverage carried. Lessor's waiver of claims against Customer as herein set forth is contingent upon Customer's prompt making of and submission to Lessor of this information and a copy of police report.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, excluded from this waiver is loss of flatware, china, silverware, glassware or linens and any damage thereto, and, even if Customer has elected to pay the DWC, Customer shall nevertheless be responsible for any and all damage, or loss to these items, howsoever caused.

Delivery and Pickup Rates

Rates for all deliveries and pickups will be quoted upon request. Delivery and pickup will be to ground level only. There is an additional charge for upstairs, downstairs, distance handling and for deliveries made outside of our local area.

PARTY TENTS & CANOPIES ARE WATER RESISTANT NOT WATER PROOF, LEAKAGE MAY OCCUR IF IT RAINS.

HEAVY RAINS, HIGH WINDS AND LIGHTENING MAY BECOME A CONCERN WHEN RENTING TENTS AND CANOPIES

PARTIES TO-GO INC. cannon assume responsibility for personal injury or property damage done by our equipment doe to acts of God.

Soil conditions and the installations of sides play a major role with wind and the integrity of party tents and canopies.

If you are renting a canopy and conditions become extreme take it down and be safe.
